Hill Country Donuts & Kolaches in Fredericksburg

Clean rooms with all typical amenities of a motel. Nice service, impeccable check in and a stable WiFi for work. So far the best deal we could find for the price of about 55$ a night in Fredericksburg.

Fantastic find for a quick breakfast. Ham/cheese/jalapeño kolache was great! Could eat three a day. Glazed donut was ok and met my spicy- to-sweet fix. They went the extra mile and threw a donut hole in. Plenty of friendly people working, so a line never built up. You can get everything heated up if you want! Had a really good average cup of black coffee...great way to kick off the day!

Wow! The sausage kolaches, cream cheese kolaches, donuts and well EVERYTHING was fantastic!!! The ladies who run the shop are some of the nicest people I’ve encountered. This is a must stop!!!

Wonderful donut, kolaches, and breakfast tacos. Ladies behind the counter are so nice and remembered us on only our second visit. Would highly recommend.

They always have a smile on their face when serving me and the donut holes are better than any I’ve ever had (with what I think is an extra shot of vanilla). Love the drive-thru aspect, too.

Great donuts, great kolache’s, and great service from the team! I’m riding my bicycle across the country and stopped here. When I left one of the team members came out and gave me a water bottle. It meant a lot! 🍩

Best French vanilla cappachino in town

We don't live in Fredricksburg but always make a point to stop here for breakfast when passing through town. The women who run the restaurant are extremely kind and gracious. Some of the best donuts you'll find in the Hill country :)

This place was slammed on a weekday morning, but they took and gave us our order almost immediately after walking in. The staff all seem like extremely hard workers and are very kind and helpful. I can see why the place was so busy. We will be back again when we visit!

Great donuts! We went twice while visiting the area. Even on 10:30am on a Sunday they had plenty of stock left. Good food and the staff hustles.

Great little shop for coffee and kolaches. Both sweet and meaty varieties were superb. Service is very friendly and they are fast! Drive thru service or counter service.

This is probably the best donut place in the hill country area, surrounding San Antonio. My husband and I crave their LARGE jalapeno cheese kolaches, which is actually made with opa sausage, made right down the street. Everything in here is magical for the taste buds. The owners and employees are amazing and have always greeted us with appreciation. You won't regret your visit and your taste buds will thank you.

Great staff and service, tasty pastries and kolaches for a quick bite

Friendly service with enjoyable donuts and kolaches. Apparently only the kolaches with the large sausages are made in town (sausage that is). Their large sausage, cheese, and jalapeño kolache is very savory with just the right amount of spice. Their blueberry cake donut is pretty decent, but I prefer their old-fashioned chocolate glazed donut. Both are not oily, but I prefer the crisper edges of old-fashioned over the denser cake.

Stopped here while visiting the area and so glad we did. We had kolaches, donut holes, cinnamon roll and donuts, and everything was amazing. The owners/staff made it all that much better. They are so welcoming and very friendly. They helped start our day off so great!

If you need some breakfast it has a pretty good selection

This is the only donut shop my kids like in Fredericksburg. The bear claws are a favorite with my wife.

Great service.... I was there before sunup and they had full selection of fresh, hot breakfast pastries. The sausage croissant and ham-egg-n-cheese croissant were exceptional and the ladies were incredibly sweet! They made our baby giggle and they gave her 2 donut holes, which made her day😍It was a great way to start our early stroll by the Museums 😁

Very good sausage and cheese kolaches. Chocolate sprinkle donuts good as well. Located near the end of Main Street, but easy to find and easy to access. There is ample seating inside and outside. Great selection of pastries and donuts, so you can feed a big group or the family and satisfy everyone without spending a lot of money. Try one of the large selection of donuts, but the cream cheese kolaches are very good.

Absolutely top of our list for breakfast when we go to Fredericksburg.

Great customer service, tacos and donuts are delicious. They are open Christmas Day, the only establishment in town open serving warm food and coffee!

Best Apple Fritters around!

Their breakfast tacos are amazing. They are a good size and full of flavor. You don’t need the salsa, but if you want it, it’s good too.

Great spot for donuts. Super soft and tasty. The kolaches bread is great but the sausages inside were chewy and hard to eat so would stick with donuts.

Great customer service here. I really enjoyed their fruit filled pastries. Very good donuts too. Donut holes melt in your mouth when they're fresh. This place is quaint and tucked away next to McDonald's.

The selection was great even in off hours and the staff was friendly. Prices were very reasonable. The donuts and kolaches we tried were very good.

A small town bakery, with a big town taste for Kolachies and donuts.

Skip any sort of kolache here. Some sort of nasty coconut 🌴 in the cream cheese. ‘Square’ slice of spam as ‘ham’, a hot dog 🌭 in place of sausage in the alleged “jalapeño” ‘sausage’ and cheese. Just wrong. Stomach hurts.
